Prasoon is an entrepreneur, he is running an organization is the name APPS INTERNATIONAL EXIM, but due to a lack of knowledge and misunderstanding of product dealing he has failed numerous times, and this numerous times makes him weak to present yourself in the front of public.

So he started struggling with anxiety and burnout and disconnected felling with the public many times he noticed has he started feeling annoyed and forgetting the taste of food and he started feeling joy in herself.

One day, Prasoon realized he had to prioritize his work with mental health.

Here some pointers

1. Find out the signs: When you’re working under pressure or any kind of pressure, your thoughts will be changed and you feel anxious and like to hurry, leave it, I don’t care about others like this way you’re getting started feeling, understand that’s felling and look yourself why this is happening.

2. Support: Reach out to connect with close friends and family, and if you’re not comfortable with them please visit any nearby professional doctor, they’ll guide you like a baby, and help you out of this situation.

3. Self-care: As per the current scenario, nobody cares for themselves, they like to pamper others but not do it for themselves, so start doing activities, visit nearby clubs, and gardens, and attend any online program where you can see yourself happy.

4. Set prospects: In life when you show your humility to the public then you will be in trouble, if anything comes to you directly and indirectly, think about yourself that is good for you or not, if not then directly say NO, you will be enjoying your life that’s the way.

5. Negativity: Push yourself for positivity, negative will not give you the results, always reframe your thoughts and do it for the work.

6. Breaking: Find a good time to travel around the city or world, because it helps to recharge yourself and help to find your new sense of owner.

7. Practise mindfulness: Focus on the present moment because the past & future will not give you the results, so change your tune with the current months.

8. Moments: About myself when in my office people like to take a selfie, but I never be part of that’s reason is that I am not enjoying that’s small office moments but it’s wrong, we should be involved in everything it creates memories.

9.
