2. Listening: set your frequency to listen to yourself during silence, you will find many things in yourself.
3. Reflections: Consider what truly matters to you, rest leave, and don’t carry with you.
4. Objective: Be possessive with your task and without any judgment like pros and cons
5. Clarity: Make a decision that aligns with your vision.

* Quiet yourself: during meditation don’t think, only take deep breaths and chant by your soul’ like ommmmmmmmmmmm.

* Reflections of values: Consider important aspects rest don’t think or go there for a look.
* Objectify: the basis of pros and cons don’t judge anyone, do what you want.
* Trust: Am the best and I’ll get success, bad things are not important to me. Believe in it.
* Act: Where you did not find yourself, do not think and go, because your vision can’t match for you.
Remember: Silence is a powerful tool for problem-solving, by harnessing its power, you can tap your inner self and make informed decisions.
